We have a salamander collection unit. This nocturnal reptile is harmless but occasionally enters people’s homes then we receive calls requesting the animals be picked up. We then release them into one of the two salamander reserves that we have in the Sanctuary.

Frogs, toads, snakes and lizards are also collected if requested and immediately returned to the wild.
